StarTech Adapters Connect Mini DisplayPort to VGA, DVI, HDMI has released new Mini DisplayPort adapters that will let you connect your Mini DisplayPort-equipped Mac to a VGA, DVI, or HDMI display. The adapters support a maximum resolution of 1920-by-1200, and also have support for 1080p HD resolution.

The Mini DisplayPort to HDMI (MDP2HDMI) adapter has audio support, so it can be used with Apple's new MacBook Pros, which come equipped with audio-enabled Mini DisplayPorts. (MacBook Pros previous to the recent models have video-only Mini DisplayPorts.) The adapter sells for $29.

If you want to connect to a DVI display, you can use's Mini DisplayPort to DVI (MDP2DVI) adapter. It supports video only and is priced at $29.

The Mini DisplayPort to VGA (MDP2VGA) adapter allows you to connect a VGA monitor. It sells for $29.
